Common questions

Straight answers to what clients usually ask about this service.

Can you speak to HMRC on my behalf?

Once you authorise us as your agent for the relevant tax, we can deal with HMRC for you. Authorisation is set up tax by tax, and we tell you which ones are needed.

What if I have received a penalty notice?

Send us a copy. We check whether it is correct, whether the filing has been made and whether there are grounds to appeal, then tell you your options.

Is this only for UK taxes?

This page covers filings with HMRC. For US clients we handle bookkeeping, payroll and reconciliation, and prepare accounts for your CPA or accountant to sign off.
