Our services

ZNA Digital Accountants provides remote bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll, VAT returns, tax compliance, accounts preparation, and QuickBooks setup for businesses in the US and UK. Services are delivered remotely and scoped individually per client.

Client responsibilities

Providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documentation needed to perform the agreed services.
Maintaining appropriate access permissions for shared accounting software and bank feeds.
Reviewing reports and deliverables and raising questions promptly.

No guarantee of outcomes

While we work to keep your books accurate and your filings on schedule, tax and regulatory outcomes can depend on factors outside our control, including information provided by the client and changes in law. Nothing on this website constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice for a specific situation — engagement-specific advice is provided directly to clients as part of a formal engagement.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed with each client individually based on scope of work and are outlined in the client's engagement communication, not on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZNA Digital Accountants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
