What is a confirmation statement?
It is a regular check that the information Companies House holds on your company is correct: registered office, officers, shareholders, people with significant control and the nature of the business. It must be filed at least every 12 months and carries a fee.
How quickly must I report a change of director?
Appointments and resignations must reach Companies House within 14 days. We file the forms and update the registers so the record matches reality.
Can you file if the directors are based in the US?
